With ABADO REAL ESTATE you are assured that these entitlement will be executed with transparency and precision, in close collaboration with the existing property managment..

Our aim :

- We are available, involved, listening to your needs and we visit the properties we oversee throughout the region.

- You have two phone numbers, an email and an extranet service at your disposal.

- You have the possibility to contact us on working days and hours.

- In case of absence, we promise to remind you or answer your problem during the day. You will get hold of us as soon as possible as we know how frustrating it is to be put on hold.

- In case of emergency the managers are even reachable on weekends.

- Mail is processed and answered within eight days.

Our administrative and accounting management (extranet) is verifiable at all times.

You benefit from the automatic debit, the consultation of your account, the monthly payment of property fees, free of charge, on request.

We always strive to promote the common interest and give priority to permanently reducing your expenses.

The management of your co-ownership is personally managed by Mr and Mrs ALBOU who ensures the follow-up and the visits.

The schedule of visits are defined at the beginning of the mandate
