Given the growing success of our firm, we are facing an exponential demand for managing a diversity of properties in our area.We know that we can not satisfy everyone our aim is to prefer quality to quantity.
For several months now we have been compelled to refuse properties which we would otherwise have been happy to manage due to our infrastructure not being large enough to manage everyone.
Without hiding behind the words, we have been delivering services beyond the scope of local competitors (and the competition, they know ...)
Passion annihilates reason and we are not reasonable ...
This is surely one of the reasons for this craze.
Hence the desire of a part of our team to want to grow ...
Since the economic situation urges us to do so ... we act !
But not at the expense of our identity, our independance or the quality of service we provide to properties we already manage in our portfolio. We with to keep our availability, professionalism, freshness and good-natured spirit which animates us.
Because in this world of money, working with a smile is priceless.
We are thus happy to announce that in the coming months, we will change offices, expand. We do not change a team that wins, so ... everyone will remain and grow.
As we need to make choices, from now on, we will be very selective of the properties we will want to manage. There is a proverb in the profession that says "A property has the manager it deserves".
Today, most properties who contact us, choose us with conscience.
They know who we are, have heard about our management style. They have researched the web, they have compared and decided to choose us even before making contact with us ! Nothing is more rewarding than being desired.
There is no more need to convince customers of the high quality services we provide, so we have the privilege to select properties to manage that really want us and show us they are willing to take the right steps to do so.
